  • Our proprietary Operator Information System (OIS) delivers interactive electronic work instructions so parts are built the same way every time while enabling rapid updates and tracking of quality and productivity by job.
  • Constant process improvement and manufacturing efficiencies are vital to continuous cost reductions and increased quality. This includes the most efficient and high-tech machinery with built-in automation features like our automatic tool changing brake presses as well as automatic sheet-fed laser cutting systems.

Dedicated Manufacturing & Single-Piece Flow 

  • Dedicated manufacturing puts all the processes required to manufacture the part into one area, eliminating any of the waiting time and transportation between processes, drastically reducing the amount of time to produce an enclosure.
  • Sheet stock to finished assembled systems in hours rather than days. Some programs have completed enclosures ready to ship within 2 days.
  • Single-piece flow doesn’t allow inventory to stack between processes, and any issue is identified by the next step in the cell process while it’s still small and fixable.
