Electromechanical Assembly – Mechanical & electrical integration of multi-part systems or complete turnkey products.
PCBA & Electrical System Integration – Enclosures Unlimited’s parent company FabTech-IGM provides integrated electronics manufacturing and final assembly for populated electronic systems and housings.
Cable & Harness Integration – Routing, strain relief, labeling, and installation.
Hardware Installation & Mechanical System Integration – Fasteners, inserts, brackets, rails, hinges all installed with controlled torque tools.
Electrical & Customer Specific Application-Level Test – Functional testing and customer specific testing are performed on every unit. Electrical checks and system functional verification are built into the process and documented per unit. Providing UL certified NEMA rated enclosures.

Our Operator Information System is one of the backbones of quality. It integrates competency-based instructions, inline inspections and test validation to catch defects at the source. Our teams follow robust customer specific OIS digital processes, ISO certified documentation controls, and customer testing requirements to ensure each unit is production-ready and consistent.
