Since 2001:
FabTech begins to observe increased demand for fabrication and integration of electromechanical assemblies as customers begin seeking opportunities to consolidate suppliers. In 2005, IGM Solutions was added to the FabTech family to focus on high level assembly work and integration of electronics into the metal housings they were creating. Responding again to customer demands of faster turnaround times, lower costs and the best quality they can get, FabTech-IGM establishes Printed Circuit Board Assembly capabilities in 2014.
Precise Metal Parts, PCB, & Electrical Integration
Now fully equipped with precise fabricated metal parts, PCB manufacturing and electrical integration our customers had one stop shop to help consolidate suppliers, reduce risks, decrease lead times all while increasing quality. In 2017, the automated ESD sensitive manufacturing line had been deployed and shortly hereafter was the introduction to the OIS software system. OIS – Operator Information System – is the step by step digital build instructions that allow for repeatable manufacturing by any trained technician. It allows real time feedback on throughput, assembly issues and accurate build times.
