Enclosures Unlimited focuses on metal enclosures that need to meet the highest quality standards. In-house metal fabrication with dedicated manufacturing cells ensures that repeatability and quality are what we deliver, every time. Vertically integrated with automated polyurethane foam-in-place gasket systems by RAMPF, robotic welding, powder coat painting and assembly allows us to provide custom enclosure solutions faster than anyone.
Backed by over 200+ years of metal fabrication experience our engineering team determined how to create all parts of an enclosure from a single blank sheet of metal, reducing material workflows, scrap and costs to the customer. The design reduces total costs further by reducing the amount of welding as well as utilizing robotic welding systems to ensure the most efficient processes. Robust design enhancements like formed-in hinge designs create strength and integrity that no welded hinge can ever match. Removable top and bottom concepts allow you to make late-stage configurations. Whether you are looking for a rivet, stud or toolless style solution we have designs for you to choose from.
